Site Supervisor

ROLE

Responsible for execution of GRC and FRP work at project sites. Ensures installation is done correctly, on time, and as per drawings while managing labor and coordinating with the factory and client.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Site Execution

·       Supervise installation of GRC panels, FRP items, molds, and related works.

·       Ensure work is done as per drawings, measurements, and instructions.

·       Maintain proper alignment, finishing, and structural fixing.

2. Labor Management

·       Handle site workers and contractors.

·       Assign daily work and monitor output.

·       Maintain discipline while keeping workers cooperative.

·       Resolve minor issues on-site.

3. Coordination

·       Coordinate with factory for material dispatch and requirements.

·       Communicate with client/site engineer regarding work progress.

·       Ensure smooth flow between site and factory operations.

4. Material Handling

·       Check materials received at site.

·       Ensure proper storage to avoid damage.

·       Prevent wastage, misuse, or loss of materials.

5. Quality Control

·       Inspect work during and after installation.

·       Ensure proper fixing, jointing, finishing, and alignment.

·       Identify defects and ensure corrections.

6. Site Planning

·       Plan daily work based on priority and deadlines.

·       Ensure no idle time or delays due to poor coordination.

·       Arrange manpower and tools as required.

7. Safety

·       Ensure workers follow basic safety practices.

·       Monitor use of tools, scaffolding, and equipment.

·       Act immediately in case of unsafe conditions.

8. Reporting

·       Maintain daily site report (work done, manpower, issues).

·       Share updates, delays, and requirements with management.

·       Report any site-related problems immediately.

WORK CONDITIONS·       Site-based role (outdoor/indoor depending on project).

·       Travel may be required.

·       Exposure to construction environment (dust, height work, weather).

·       May require extended hours based on project deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS

·       Experience in GRC / FRP / construction site supervision (6 months preferred).

·       Basic understanding of drawings and measurements.

·       Ability to manage labor and coordinate with multiple parties.

·       Physically active and able to handle site condition
