Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our business in General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and Export markets.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAppoint and develop distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
  • Increase product reach and market coverage
  • Generate new business opportunities in GT and MT channels
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Identify and onboard new clients and distributors
  • Achieve monthly business development targets
  • Ensure repeat business from newly acquired clients
  • Coordinate timely payment collection from customers
  • Conduct regular market visits
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and schemes
  • Share market feedback and customer insights
  • Submit daily WhatsApp reports including visits, orders, collections, and market updates
  • Travel within Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and other assigned territories as required
  • Eligibility CriteriaExperience in FMCG / Food / Namkeen / Snacks preferred
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Field sales experience preferred
  • Ability to build distributor and retailer network
  • Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and reporting
  • Willingness to travel
