Job Summary
We are hiring Helpers, Production Operators, and Industrial Spray Painters for automotive manufacturing and paint shop operations. Candidates should be hardworking, disciplined, and capable of working in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support production and paint shop activities.
Loading, unloading, packing, and material handling.
Operate production machines and assembly line equipment.
Perform masking, sanding, cleaning, and surface preparation.
Carry out spray painting on automotive plastic and metal parts.
Ensure quality standards and production targets are maintained.
Inspect finished parts for defects and rework if required.
Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
Use PPE and follow company safety guidelines.
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of manufacturing and production activities.
Experience in automotive paint shop operations preferred.
Ability to operate spray guns and production equipment.
Good teamwork and discipline.
Ability to work in shifts and under production targets.
