ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a combined, multi-functional role designed for a proactive and organized individual who can independently handle human resources, day-to-day administration, personal assistance to the Director, and basic accounting tasks. The Executive will serve as a single point of contact for internal office operations, employee management, and routine accounts entries — ensuring the organization runs smoothly across its restaurant and manufacturing verticals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Human Resources
•
Drive end-to-end hiring
across all verticals of Azad Mithai (restaurant, factory, catering, exports)
— sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
•
Identify internal
talent within the business for role changes, promotions, or cross-functional
moves — connecting the right people to the right opportunities within Azad
Mithai
•
Proactively reach out
to strong candidates working in other companies — build relationships, pitch
the Azad Mithai opportunity, and convince them to consider joining us
•
Research and maintain
an up-to-date salary benchmark for every role in the company — track what the
market is paying and ensure Azad Mithai stays competitive
•
Own and manage the
hiring budget — negotiate offers within approved salary bands, avoid
overpaying or underpaying, and flag any misalignment to the Director
•
Handle onboarding,
induction, and documentation for new joiners; maintain employee records —
joining documents, contracts, ID proofs, and personal files
•
Build and maintain a
live pipeline of candidates across key roles — cook, catering supervisor,
accounts executive, factory staff, export coordinator — so positions are
filled fast when they open
•
Draft HR letters —
offer, appointment, confirmation, warning, relieving, experience; support ESI
and PF enrollment and related compliance paperwork
•
Track hiring progress,
time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and salary spend — report to Director
monthly with a clear hiring dashboard
Admin Administration
•
Manage day-to-day
office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination
•
Handle courier,
dispatch, and physical documentation filing
•
Coordinate with
housekeeping, security, and facility-related vendors
•
Maintain physical and
digital filing systems (hard copies + Google Drive)
•
Manage canteen, travel
bookings, and accommodation arrangements for staff
•
Liaise with government
departments, GIDC office, FSSAI, and municipal bodies as directed
•
Maintain a register of
assets, equipment, and AMC schedules
•
Track utility bills
(electricity, water, internet) and coordinate timely payment
•
Support factory
operations admin at Sanand GIDC as required
PA Personal Assistance
•
Manage Director's
calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules
•
Draft, send, and follow
up on emails and WhatsApp messages on behalf of the Director
•
Prepare meeting notes,
action items, and follow-up trackers
•
Coordinate with
vendors, clients, and government contacts on Director's behalf
•
Handle travel bookings,
hotel reservations, and logistics for Director's trips
•
Prepare documents,
presentations, and reports as required
•
Screen and prioritize
incoming calls, messages, and requests
•
Handle confidential
information with complete discretion
Accounts Basic Accounts
•
Prepare GST invoices /
sales bills using Tally or Petpooja as applicable
•
Post day-to-day voucher
entries: receipts, payments, and journal entries
•
Maintain petty cash
register and reconcile daily cash balance
•
Track vendor bills,
match with purchase orders / challans, and follow up on payments
•
Assist in monthly bank
reconciliation
•
Maintain a tracker for
salary advances, staff loans, and recoveries
•
Coordinate with the CA
for TDS, GST filings, and document submissions
•
File and organize all
bills, invoices, and financial documents — both physical and digital
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration, or related field
• Diploma or certification in HR Management is an added advantage
Experience
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a combined HR / Admin / Accounts role
• Prior experience in an FMCG, food manufacturing, or hospitality company preferred
• Exposure to small-team or SME environments — adaptable to multi-tasking
Technical Skills
• Proficient in Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime for basic voucher entry and billing
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets / Drive
• Familiarity with Petpooja POS or any restaurant billing software is a plus
• Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, email communication, and basic internet research
• Knowledge of ESI, PF, TDS, and GST processes at a working level

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Female or Male candidate welcome; preference for candidates within Ahmedabad city
• Languages: Gujarati (must), Hindi (must), English (working proficiency preferred)
• Two-wheeler preferred for occasional inter-location travel (Relief Road to Sanand factory)
• Stable work history — candidates with consistent tenure at prior employers preferred
• Family-oriented, sincere, long-term commitment expected with the organization
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
CTC Range
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
(based on experience and suitability)

Performance of this role will be reviewed on:
• Open positions filled within target timelines — no role stays vacant beyond 30 days without a valid reason
• Salary benchmark updated every quarter — every offer made is within 5% of market rate for that role and city
• Hiring budget tracked and reported monthly — total salary cost of new hires stays within approved budget
• Active candidate pipeline maintained — minimum 3 strong candidates per open role ready at any time
• Director’s calendar and follow-up tracker maintained with zero missed actions; accounts entries and billing completed within 24 hours
• At least 2 external hires per quarter sourced through direct outreach to candidates currently employed elsewhere
• New joiner onboarding and documentation completed within 3 days of joining; 90-day retention rate of new hires above 85%
