Responsibilities and Tasks:

• • Provide architectural, functional, and process guidance to define and deliver scalable IT capabilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical partners to translate business needs into effective solutions

  • Partner with architects to drive technology roadmap (including long-term capability planning)

  • Ensure operational health of IT systems across Security, Availability, Performance, Interoperability, and Reliability

  • Lead and manage end-to-end infrastructure (servers, storage, OS, backup, network, and database platforms)

  • Oversee network environment including LAN/WAN, wireless, voice, and data systems

  • Drive database operations including availability, performance tuning, and capacity planning

  • Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution

  • Plan and implement scalable infrastructure aligned with business growth

  • Manage infrastructure projects, migrations, and upgrades

  • Ensure compliance with IT standards, governance, and audit requirements

  • Work across cross-functional teams to drive successful deployments and service delivery

  • Lead and develop a team of infrastructure engineers (server, network, database)

  • Own team performance, enable career development, and build a high-performing culture

  • Promote agile ways of working with a focus on quality, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence
