Job OverviewWe are looking for dedicated and responsible Machine Operators to join our Pharma & Biotech manufacturing team. The selected candidates will be responsible for operating and monitoring utility equipment such as cooling towers, boilers, cooling systems, and other plant machinery to ensure smooth production operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor cooling towers, boilers, cooling systems, and other utility equipment.
• Perform routine machine inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
• Maintain equipment operating parameters and production records.
• Identify and report machine faults or abnormalities to the maintenance team.
• Ensure smooth operation of utility systems supporting manufacturing activities.
• Follow all safety, GMP, and SOP guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for uninterrupted plant operations.
• RequirementsITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Fitter, Boiler Operation, or a related trade is preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of industrial machinery, boilers, cooling towers, or utility equipment is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
• Good problem-solving skills and a safety-focused approach.
