Job Summary

E-Coli Waste Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced *Production & Plant Maintenance Executive* for our Plastic Recycling Plant. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in plastic recycling operations, machine maintenance, production planning, manpower management, and process improvement to maximize production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the plastic recycling plant.

* Ensure smooth functioning of recycling machines, extruders, shredders, washing lines, and granulation equipment.

* Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize machine downtime.

* Monitor production targets and improve overall plant productivity.

* Identify opportunities to increase production capacity and reduce operational costs.

* Supervise machine operators, helpers, and plant workers.

* Maintain discipline, attendance, and shift planning for plant manpower.

* Monitor raw material consumption, production output, and wastage.

* Ensure product quality meets company standards.

* Coordinate with the purchase department for spare parts and maintenance requirements.

* Maintain maintenance logs, production reports, and daily operational records.

* Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.

* Support installation, commissioning, and improvement of new machinery and equipment.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of plastic recycling processes (LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP, etc.).

* Experience in extrusion, washing, shredding, agglomeration, and granule production.

* Good understanding of machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

* Ability to increase production efficiency and reduce machine downtime.

* Strong leadership and manpower management skills.

* Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems is preferred.

* Ability to analyze production data and solve operational issues.

* Good communication and team management skills.

 Qualifications

* Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Plastic Engineering, or a related field.

* ITI candidates with extensive relevant experience may also apply.

Experience

* *3–10 years* of experience in a Plastic Recycling Plant, Plastic Extrusion Plant, Polymer Processing Plant, or Manufacturing Industry.

* Experience in handling production teams and maintenance activities is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate

* Experience in *LDPE/LLDPE Film Recycling* and *Plastic Granule Manufacturing*.

* Proven track record of increasing production capacity and reducing machine downtime.

* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

* Ready to work in a manufacturing plant environment.
