Production Supervisor

Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth workflow across printing and post-press operations. The role involves supervising teams, maintaining quality standards, coordinating timelines, and ensuring efficient production execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production and post-press activities

• Monitor workflow, production schedules, and job timelines

• Ensure quality control throughout the production process

• Manage manpower allocation and shop floor discipline

• Monitor machine utilization and production efficiency

• Identify production issues and implement quick resolutions

• Ensure proper handling of materials, inventory, and finished goods

• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational standards within the facility

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of production planning and workflow management

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in printing, packaging, or production supervision
