QA / QC Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented quality control Executive to ensure the manufacturing production lines run smoothly and generate a consistently suitable output of products that meet quality and efficiency standards. 

ACCOUNTABLE AND RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Preparation of Inspection & testing plan.
• Inspection of all ASME incoming fabricated materials such as shells, heads, transitions, and other components to ensure that they conform to incoming material is acceptable or not with respect to drawing or PO.
• Ensures that all measuring devices, gauges and instruments required for quality control inspections, are maintained, calibrated and certified. Maintains records of all calibrations, Re calibrations and certifications.
• Ensures that all ASME code required pressure vessels are manufactured according to ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Codes with the proper materials and documentation.
• Inspection of in process quality during step-by-step fabrication activates.
• Inspection report preparation.
• Preparation of WPS, PQR & WPQ according to various Standards.
• Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods.
• Witnessing & Verification of Welding procedure & welder’s performance qualification tests.
• Setting the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
• Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements and approving or rejecting the final products.
• Keeping accurate documentation related to inspection reports and performing statistical analysis.
• Maintain the documentation project wise.
• Prepare Quality Assurance Plan and co-ordinate with client regarding stage wise inspection.
• Material inspection at vendor site as per requirement & drawing.

• Deep knowledge of tests for the in-process quality checks.
• Knowledge of how to understand the Drawing like, Manufacturing drawing, GA & Isometric Drawing.
• Good knowledge of measuring devices, gauges and instruments which is required for quality control inspections.

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:

• Documentation & Inspection as per ASME codes.
• Previous experience in production or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of NDT like RT, DP test, PT.
• Skill to get work done as per pre define planning or schedule.
• Knowledge about welding defects.
