🔧 Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures
- Handle incoming, in-process, and final inspection of products
- Conduct root cause analysis for defects using tools like 8D, Why-Why analysis
- Manage customer complaints and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 standards
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation such as PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Control Plans
- Coordinate with production, design, and supplier teams to resolve quality issues
- Perform internal audits and support external/customer audits
- Monitor process performance and suggest improvements for quality enhancement
- Handle supplier quality activities including audits and evaluations
