Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor (Civil Works) to supervise and execute civil construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality work, timely execution, manpower management, material coordination, safety compliance, and reporting as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor foundation, RCC, structural, masonry, finishing, and other civil works.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Contractors, and Vendors.
• Manage site labor, subcontractors, and daily work allocation.
• Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and material consumption reports.
• Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment at site.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Resolve site-related issues and coordinate for smooth project execution.
• Monitor project timelines and assist in achieving project milestones.
• Report project progress, delays, and issues to the Project Manager.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in civil construction/site supervision.
• Experience in industrial, commercial, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects will be preferred.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply (Junior roles).

Required Skills

• Knowledge of RCC, structural works, finishing works, and site execution.
• Ability to read civil drawings and BOQs.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Solar EPC projects, industrial buildings, warehouses, or utility-scale solar projects will be an added advantage.

• As per company standards and candidate experience.

Additional Requirements

• Willing to travel across Gujarat and nearby project locations.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
