Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join our manufacturing and technical operations team. The role involves preparing, painting, and finishing machines and machine parts to meet quality, durability, and aesthetic standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industrial spray painting techniques, surface preparation, and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare machine surfaces and parts by cleaning, sanding, masking, and applying primers.
- Operate spray-painting equipment to apply coatings, paints, and finishes according to specifications.
- Ensure uniform coverage, proper thickness, and smooth finish on all painted surfaces.
- Mix and match paints to achieve required colors and finishes.
- Inspect finished work for quality, durability, and adherence to standards.
- Maintain spray booths, painting equipment, and tools in proper working condition.
- Follow safety protocols, including use of PPE and handling of hazardous materials.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to meet deadlines and quality targets.
