Job Summary

The Warehouse Executive is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials while ensuring inventory accuracy, proper documentation, and adherence to safety standards. The role supports smooth production operations by maintaining efficient warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities

Receive incoming materials and verify them against purchase orders and delivery challans.

Perform GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entries and maintain accurate records.

Store materials systematically and ensure proper identification and labeling.

Issue materials to production as per authorized requisitions.

Maintain stock registers and update inventory in the ERP/system.

Conduct regular stock verification and assist with periodic inventory audits.

Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, and Quality departments for material movement.

Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.

Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.

Handle loading and unloading activities and supervise material handling.

Maintain all warehouse documentation, including inward/outward registers and dispatch records.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

1–3 years of warehouse or store management experience in a manufacturing company (freshers with relevant knowledge may also be considered).

Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software is preferred.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Material handling and coordination skills.
