Quality Control Engineer

We have our Paint shop; Marc Industries located at Gat.No.144, Snasawadi, Tal.Shirur,Dist, Pune-412208 where we undertake powder coating, liquid painting and CED (Cathodic Electro Deposition) for all industrial components and our Major customers are John Deere, Kubota, JCB , Mahindra CIE etc. We are now looking for candidates who have completed their education in paint technology and having work experience in paint shop quality (Exp: 6 moths to 2 year) experience. Freshers with technical background and having zeal to learn more in this field are also welcomed.

Responsibilities of candidates include:

• Candidates have deep knowledge of powder coating and CED process and quality defects

• Manage all quality related activities

• Review process control plan, drive quality issues to root cause

• corrective actions and improvement, track quality performance

• Coordinate customer visits and audits

• Assist in developing quality goals and improvement plans.

• Quality related internal and external audits
• Knowledge of 7 QC tools
