Senior Finance Executive

Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Executive to manage end-to-end accounting operations and support financial control functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across all core accounting domains and strong exposure to ERP systems, preferably ERP Next.

Key Responsibilities

(1) Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including:

• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Record to Report (R2R)
• Treasury & Cash Flow Management
• Export Billing & Documentation

(2) Maintain and monitor the Fixed Asset Register (FAR), including capitalization, depreciation, and asset tracking.

(3) Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including preparation of:

• Financials Preparations
• Cash Flow Statements

(4) Handle GST & TDS compliance, returns, reconciliations, and ensure adherence to all statutory requirements.

(5) Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive informed decision-making.

(6) Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls.

(7) Actively support and manage ERP implementation, customization, automations and day-to-day operations (preferably ERP Next)

(8) Ensure data accuracy and integrity within financial systems.

Qualifications

• Strong practical knowledge of end-to-end accounting workflows (AP, AR, R2R, Treasury, Export Billing).
• Hands-on experience in ERP systems such as: SAP ECC, SAP S4 Hana, ERPNext, Zoho Books, etc.
• Solid understanding of GST and Indian taxation laws.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (MIS reporting, data analysis, etc.)
• Proficiency in financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA/CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience in managing Fixed Asset Register (FAR)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is required; exposure to food commodities will be an added advantage.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CA Inter / CA / CMA / equivalent certification preferred.
• 2–7 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles.
