🎯 *Job Role:*

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated *Quality Inspection Officer (Field Officer)* to conduct quality audits and monitoring activities across training centers under Government Skill Development Projects such as *DDU-GKY, PMKVY, NSDC,* and other Skill Development Programs.

⚠ *This is a 90% Field Role and 10% Back Office Role.* Candidates must be willing to travel extensively across Maharashtra.

✅ *Key Responsibilities:*

• Visit training centers across Maharashtra for quality audits and inspections

• Verify infrastructure, classroom facilities, equipment, and training resources

• Ensure all project requirements and compliance standards are being followed

• Monitor student attendance, trainer performance, and training quality

• Conduct physical verification of records and center operations

• Interact with students, trainers, and center management

• Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions

• Prepare audit reports, inspection reports, and compliance reports

• Maintain project documentation and monitoring records

• Coordinate with project teams for quality improvements

• Perform MIS reporting and data analysis using Advanced Excel

🎯 *Required Skills:*

✔ Ability to Travel Frequently Across Maharashtra

✔ Strong Follow-up & Coordination Skills

✔ Experience in Quality Audits, Monitoring, Compliance, or Operations Preferred
