*Job Title - Laboratory Accession
*Location - Sangli
*Job Type - Full Time (Rotation Shift)

*Education - MLT/DMLT/PGDMLT/CMLT
*Salary - 15k
*Key Responsibilities -
1. Receive and verify patient specimens (blood, urine, tissue, swabs, etc.) for accuracy and completeness of accompanying documentation.
2. Accession specimens into the Laboratory Information System (LIS) with correct patient demographics and test orders.
3. Label, sort, and prepare specimens for testing or referral to reference laboratories.
4. Ensure proper storage and handling of specimens to maintain stability and prevent contamination.
5. Communicate with phlebotomists, nurses, physicians, and laboratory staff to resolve specimen-related issues.
6. Identify and report specimen discrepancies, labeling errors, or missing information.
7. Follow all laboratory safety procedures, including proper handling of biohazard materials.
8. Assist with inventory management of accessioning supplies.
