Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager/ Sales Head for a leading organization in the Agrochemicals / Fertilizers / Crop Protection / Seeds industry.
Location:
Anywhere in Maharashtra, preferably Sangli Kolhapur Pune Nashik. Can operate from native place but should visit all over Maharashtra. Need to visit company once in a month. Extensive travel required.
Eligibility:
*8–12 years of experience in Agrochemicals, Fertilizers, Seeds, Crop Protection, PGR, or related agricultural inputs.
*3–5 years of experience leading a state-level sales team.
*Strong dealer & distributor network across Maharashtra.
*Proven experience in sales strategy, business development, team management, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive state-wide sales growth and achieve targets.
* Develop and expand dealer/distributor network.
* Lead and mentor Area Sales Managers & Sales Officers.
* Conduct dealer meets, farmer meetings, and promotional activities.
* Prepare sales forecasts, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
