About the RoleWhite Gold Bullion Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead branch operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Gold Loan Sales, Gold Valuation, Gold Loan Disbursement, Loan Release/Closure, customer relationship management, and team handling.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDrive branch business by achieving monthly and annual gold loan sales targets.
  • Acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, and local marketing activities.
  • Perform accurate gold valuation using standard testing methods and company guidelines.
  • Process gold loan disbursements, renewals, top-ups, and documentation as per company policies.
  • Handle gold loan releases (closures) by ensuring proper verification, repayment confirmation, and smooth return of pledged ornaments.
  • Monitor branch profitability, productivity, and portfolio quality.
  • Ensure compliance with RBI regulations and internal operational policies.
  • Supervise and motivate branch staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain branch records, MIS reports, cash management, and inventory.
  • Ensure the safety and security of pledged gold and branch assets.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 3–8 years of experience in the Gold Loan industry.
  • Hands-on experience in:
  • Gold Loan Sales
  • Gold Valuation
  • Gold Loan Disbursement
  • Gold Loan Release/Closure
  • Branch Operations
  • Strong knowledge of gold purity testing and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and manage branch performance.
  • Good understanding of compliance and operational procedures.
