Sales Executive – Admissions & Business Development

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive – Admissions & Business Development, you will be responsible for guiding prospective families, converting enquiries into admissions, generating new leads through events and outreach activities, and contributing to the overall growth of Outpace Academy.

This role is ideal for energetic professionals who enjoy interacting with people, building trust, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities

Handle enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other channels.

Understand the learning needs of prospective families and recommend suitable programs.

Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and relationship building.

Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and learners.

Manage leads and follow-ups using the CRM system.

Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Represent Outpace Academy at educational events, exhibitions, workshops, seminars, and promotional programs organised by Outpace Academy or partner organisations to generate quality leads and admissions.

Coordinate with the Relationship Team to ensure a seamless admission and onboarding experience.

Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and sales activities.


Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Business Development.

Experience in Education, EdTech, Training, Admissions, or Customer Relationship Management is preferred.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent relationship-building and customer engagement abilities.

Confident in handling customer objections and closing admissions.

Comfortable using CRM software and digital communication tools.

Willingness to travel within Bangalore for events and promotional activities whenever required.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.


Work Mode

Hybrid (Primarily Work From Home)

Candidates are expected to attend events, promotional campaigns, workshops, and exhibitions within Bangalore whenever assigned.
