Job Description

  • Execution of Work Ensure construction as per drawings (structural + architectural)
  • Supervise RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing works
  • Site Planning & CoordinationCoordinate with contractors, supervisors, and vendors
  • Schedule daily/weekly activities
  • Quality Control Check concrete mix, curing, alignment, levels
  • Ensure workmanship standards (very critical for villas)
  • Quantity & BOQ Handling Measure work done (RA bills)
  • Track material consumption vs BOQ
  • Material Management Verify incoming materials (cement, steel, sand, etc.)
  • Avoid wastage and theft
  • Reporting Daily progress reports (DPR)
  • Share updates with Head of site operations
  • 🧰 Technical Skills Required Reading AutoCAD drawings
  • Basic knowledge of BOQ & estimation
  • Understanding of IS codes / construction standards
  • Ability to handle labour teams (20–50 workers)
