Tele Sales Executive
Job Summary
Tele Sales Executive is responsible for contacting potential or existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate sales, and maintain customer relationships. The role involves handling inquiries, explaining offerings, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain services and their benefits clearly.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.
- Maintain customer databases and update CRM records.
- Follow up with customers for renewals or repeat business.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and support.
QualificationsMinimum:
- 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Previous telesales or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and regional languages preferred.
Experience
- Fresher or 0–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer support.
Salary Range
- Depends on company and experience.
- Often includes fixed salary + incentives/commission.
