Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draughts person to prepare detailed architectural drawings and technical documentation for residential, commercial, and/or interior projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with architects, designers, and project teams to translate design concepts into accurate working drawings.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and details
  • Develop construction drawings, working drawings, and as-built drawings
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to incorporate design changes
  • Ensure drawings comply with local building codes, standards, and regulations
  • Revise and update drawings based on client or site requirements
  • Maintain organized drawing records and documentation
  • Assist in quantity take-offs and basic material detailing if required
  • Support site teams with clarifications and updated drawings
