Job Description
- Maintain books of accounts in Tally/ERP and ensure accuracy of all entries.
- Prepare customer invoices, freight bills, and POD-based billing.
- Verify vendor bills, freight charges, and process vendor payments.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances including e-way bill related records.
- Reconcile accounts with transport vendors, clients, and internal branches.
- Monitor receivables and prepare outstanding reports; follow up with customers for timely collections.
- Assist in preparation of MIS reports, monthly P&L, and balance sheets.
- Support internal and statutory audits with proper documentation.
- Maintain systematic digital and physical records of all invoices, challans, and transport documents.
Qualifications & Skills
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience (logistics/transport industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and ERP accounting systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management.
