Job Description

  • Customer Engagement: Approach customers entering the TV/electronics section and pitch DTH services.
  • Product Demonstration: Showcase product features, HD/4K picture quality, smart features, and channel packages.
  • Sales Conversion: Understand customer needs, recommend the best subscription plans, and close sales.
  • Target Achievement: Meet weekly and monthly individual sales volume and revenue targets.
  • Stock & Display Management: Maintain clean display counters, update promotional banners, and track stock levels.
  • Relationship Building: Coordinate with store staff and brand representatives to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Documentation: Collect required customer documents (ID proof, address proof) for new connection activations.
