Job Purpose: Head - PMAG (Hydro PSP) is responsible for leading and overseeing all the strategic execution, governance, Budget management & schedule management of Hydro PSP projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Lead risk management, contractor relations, and compliance efforts to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Administrative Support
- Manage all site office administrative functions filing, couriers and inventory.
Document Control and Compliance
- Maintain and update project documents, including permits, compliance reports and logs.
- Assist with document submissions to regulatory authorities and project stakeholders.
- Ensure proper version control and secure document storage (digital and hard copies)
Site Operations Support
- Maintain attendance records and daily logs of onsite staff and contractors Support mobilization/demobilization processes, including access passes and induction checklists.
Vendor & Contractor Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for deliveries, documentation and schedules.
- Follow up on invoice submissions and track pending documents or payments.
Guest House Management
- Handle check-in/ check-out and maintain resident records
- Track room availability and manage room allocations.
- Supervise housekeeping staff and cleaning schedules.
- Coordinate with technicians, electricians, or plumbers for timely resolution.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Support
- Assist the HSE team in safety briefings, and maintain training records
- Ensure all staff and visitors follow safety protocols
- Graduation from reputed Institute or Masters preferred.
- Administration or Facility Management related Certification preferred
- 12+ years of experience in administration role.
