Store Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Store Manager to lead our EV showroom at GBG X, where multiple electric two-wheeler brands will be showcased. The candidate will be responsible for overall store operations, sales performance, customer service, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Revenue Management

• Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets

• Handle walk-in customers and convert inquiries into sales

• Upsell and cross-sell different EV brands and models

• Ensure high conversion ratio and revenue growth

2. Customer Experience

• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction

• Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently

• Maintain strong follow-ups with leads and prospects

3. Team Management

• Supervise and guide sales executives

• Train team members in product knowledge and sales skills

• Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement

4. Showroom Operations

• Maintain showroom standards, cleanliness, and display

• Ensure proper inventory management and stock tracking

• Coordinate with different EV brands for updates and availability

5. Vendor & Brand Coordination

• Manage relationships with multiple EV brands

• Ensure timely updates on pricing, offers, and product features

6. Reporting & MIS

• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

• Track leads, conversions, and customer database

• Share performance reports with management
