Executive - API/ Excipient Production

Roles and Responsibilities

· Monitor Pharma Excipient production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.

· Operate and monitor critical equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, blenders, sifters, multi-mills, Triple Effect Evaporator, etc.

· Conduct regular inspections of equipment, machinery, and work areas to identify potential issues.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production problems and implement process improvements & Efficiency.

· Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements, including handling of change controls, deviations, and batch records.

· Identify and escalate technical issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA, QC, Maintenance) to ensure smooth plant operations.

· Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.

· Ensure adherence to cGMP guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

· 2-7 years of experience in API manufacturing or bulk drugs production or Excipient Production.

· B.Sc degree in Chemistry or equivalent qualification.

· ITI certification as an Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant) preferred but not mandatory.

· Good understanding of chemical processes and API manufacturing. 

· Hands-on experience with chemical plant operations and equipment.

· Strong documentation and problem-solving skills.

· Awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements.
