Job Title: Housekeeping Staff / Room Attendant

Department: Housekeeping

Reports To: Housekeeping Supervisor / Manager

Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure a pleasant and comfortable environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and prepare guest rooms daily, including changing linens, making beds, and replenishing amenities.

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust guest rooms, corridors, and common areas.

Report maintenance issues or lost-and-found items to the supervisor.

Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly used and stored.

Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all times.

Assist with laundry and linen management as required.

Follow safety and sanitation policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

Prior experience in housekeeping (preferred but not mandatory).

Attention to detail and cleanliness.

Ability to work efficiently and as part of a team.

Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards.

Physically fit to handle cleaning tasks.

Work Schedule:

Shift-based, including weekends and holidays.
