MINDSTOCS is a fast growing AI-powered software and digital agency building premium websites, web applications, mobile apps, and SaaS products for clients across India, UAE, and USA. We do not build ordinary websites. Every product we deliver must look world class and feel exceptional. Design is the first impression every client has of our work. Your designs set the standard for everything we build.

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who is creative, precise, fast, and genuinely passionate about modern digital design. You will be the creative force behind every product MINDSTOCS delivers. You work directly with the founder and developer. Your Figma file is the blueprint that the entire project is built from. Precision in your work directly impacts the quality of the final product.

WHAT YOU MUST KNOW — NON NEGOTIABLE:

Figma — You must be very strong. Not basic. Components, auto layout, prototyping, variants, and complete developer handoff. This is your primary daily tool.

Spline — For designing 3D elements and scenes that are embedded into premium animated websites. We build 3D websites and your designs must include 3D thinking.

Canva AI — For quick social media graphics, marketing assets, and ad creatives.

Midjourney or Leonardo AI — For generating visual references, mood boards, and image assets.

v0.dev — For generating UI component inspiration and showing developers component structure.

Responsive Design — Every design must work perfectly on mobile, tablet, and desktop. No exceptions.

User Flow Thinking — You must design how users move through a product, not just how individual screens look.

Basic Understanding of Next.js and React — You do not need to code but you must understand what is and is not buildable so your designs are always realistic for the developer.

Modern Design Aesthetics — Strong sense of typography, colour, spacing, visual hierarchy, and what premium digital products look like in 2026.

GOOD TO HAVE — WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE:

Framer — For creating live clickable website prototypes without coding

Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop — For advanced graphic work

Motion design — Basic animation understanding for interactive prototypes

Rive — For designing interactive micro animations

Knowledge of 3D design concepts — Models, lighting, textures

WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERY DAY:

Design every screen for every project — websites, web applications, and mobile apps — before development starts

Deliver complete Figma designs within 2 to 3 days of receiving the project brief

Create detailed clickable Figma prototypes that clients can experience before any coding begins

Present designs to clients, explain your design decisions clearly, and incorporate their feedback efficiently

Design 3D visual scenes and elements in Spline for premium animated website projects

Prepare complete developer handoff files with exact measurements, colour codes, font sizes, spacing, and interaction notes

Ensure the final built product matches your design exactly by reviewing developer output at key stages

Create social media post designs, ad creative visuals, and brand identity assets when required

Maintain consistency across all designs using proper design systems and component libraries

HOW YOU WILL BE MEASURED:

Designs delivered within 2 to 3 days of project brief

Client approval achieved without more than 2 rounds of major revisions

Developer able to build from your Figma file without needing to ask basic questions

Visual quality of final delivered product matches design precision

OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS:

Step 1

Apply with your portfolio link — Behance, Dribbble, Figma community profile, or any link showing your real work. No portfolio means no response regardless of experience or qualifications.

Step 2

Short 10 minute phone conversation to understand your design process, tools you use, and projects you have worked on.

Step 3

Come to our office. You will be given one live design task.

Task — Design a complete mobile app home screen for a real product brief we give you. You use Figma. You have 60 minutes. We evaluate creativity, speed, precision, developer-readiness of the design, and how you make design decisions.

We are not looking for someone who makes things pretty. We are looking for someone who designs products that work beautifully and can be built perfectly.

IMPORTANT — READ BEFORE APPLYING:

We are a company that moves fast. Every project has a strict 20 day delivery deadline. As a designer your turnaround must be 2 to 3 days maximum for every project brief. If you work slowly or need long timelines to deliver, this role is not for you.

You must be comfortable using AI design tools daily. We provide all subscriptions. However we expect you to have genuine design knowledge and not rely on AI alone. AI is your assistant. Your creative judgment is what makes the work exceptional.
