JOB DESCRIPTION – ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Position: Accounts Executive

Department: Accounts (Sales Operations)

Location: ACER MOTORS – Maruti Suzuki Arena, Secunderabad

Experience: 3–5 Years

Qualification: Graduate / B.Com preferred

Industry: Automobile Dealership preferred

Reporting To: Accounts Manager / Management

Job SummaryWe are looking for an Accounts Executive to handle vehicle sales accounting, ERP/DMS transactions, customer payment verification, MSIL offers, invoicing, reconciliation and related dealership operations.

Key Responsibilities

·        Update MSIL Monthly Offers and TCN Reports.

·        Handle Pre-TR process, including customer payments, vehicle price, offers and documents.

·        Create DMS invoices and post new vehicle sales transactions in ERP.

·        Process Co-Dealer Purchases and related transactions.

·        Process Accessories, Extended Warranty and CCP files.

·        Handle HSRP/Rosmerta bills and payment entries.

·        Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS).

·        Coordinate the release of registration documents to Taxi/Commercial customers.

·        Handle Readywire and other system-related work as assigned.

·        Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Registration and other departments to resolve discrepancies and complete transactions on time.

Skills Required

·       Automobile dealership accounting knowledge.

·        ERP / DMS experience.

·        Good knowledge of MS Excel.

·        Vehicle billing and payment verification.

·        Bank reconciliation and basic accounting.

·        Good numerical and analytical skills.

·        Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.

·        Good communication and coordination skills.

Candidate Profile

·        Graduate; B.Com preferred.

·        3–5 years of relevant experience.

·        Automobile dealership experience, especially Maruti Suzuki, will be an advantage.

·        Should be accurate, responsible and comfortable handling transaction-based work.

·        Immediate joiners preferred.
