Accounts Executive cum Sales Coordinator

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)

About the Role - We are looking for a smart, responsible, and experienced Accounts Executive who can independently handle the complete accounts function of the company while also supporting sales coordination activities.

This is primarily an Accounts position (80%) with additional sales coordination responsibilities (20%).

Key Responsibilities

Accounts (Primary Responsibility)

• Independently maintain complete books of accounts
• Sales & Purchase Accounting
• GST invoicing and documentation
• Bank reconciliation
• Accounts receivable & payable management
• Customer payment follow-up
• Vendor payment planning
• Petty cash management
• Expense verification and accounting
• Maintain accounting records and supporting documents
• Coordinate with Chartered Accountant for GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Generate accounting reports and MIS
• Experience in Zoho Books or Tally is preferred

Sales Coordination (Secondary Responsibility)

• Prepare quotations and invoices
• Coordinate with Sales and Service teams
• Follow up with customers on quotations and pending orders
• Update CRM and sales reports
• Coordinate dispatch and delivery
• Support management with office administration

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2–5 years of practical accounting experience
• Must be able to handle accounts independently without supervision
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GST documentation
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications
• Experience in Zoho Books/Tally preferred
• Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi will be an advantage
• Quick learner with a positive attitude
• Honest, disciplined, and well-organized
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
