Job Description

Ensure smooth, organized, and professional front desk operations.

·        Front desk operations managed efficiently during clinic hours

·        Reception area kept clean, organized, and presentable at all times

·        Availability of required forms, registers, and materials

·        Readiness to handle peak patient hours without disruption

Deliver a welcoming, courteous, and supportive experience.

·        Warm and respectful greeting of patients and visitors

·        Clear guidance provided for registrations, consultations, and services

·        Effective handling of patient queries, complaints, and concerns

·        Maintenance of patient privacy and dignity

Manage appointments and calls accurately and efficiently.

·        Accurate appointment scheduling as per doctor availability

·        Timely appointment confirmations and reminders

·        Calls answered promptly and routed correctly

·        Proper documentation of call details when required

Ensure accurate billing and secure payment processing.

·        Accurate generation of bills as per services rendered

·        Correct collection and posting of cash, card, UPI, or insurance payments

·        Proper maintenance of billing documents and receipts

·        Zero or minimal cash/billing discrepancies

Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential patient records.

·        Accurate entry and updating of patient demographic and insurance details

·        Timely documentation in manual registers and EMR systems

·        Strict adherence to data privacy and confidentiality policies

·        Minimal data errors or corrections

Demonstrate professionalism and contribute positively to the team.

·        Effective coordination with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff

·        Adherence to organizational policies, SOPs, and instructions

·        Punctuality, discipline, and professional appearance

·        Willingness to support during peak hours, audits, or special events
