CNC Turning Operator – Fresher

Department: Production

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated CNC Turning Operators to join our Production

team. Candidates with an ITI in the relevant trade or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and a

basic understanding of CNC Turning operations are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate

should possess foundational machining knowledge and be willing to learn and contribute to

production activities.

Key Responsibilities

 Operate CNC Turning machines under the guidance of senior operators.

 Load and unload components safely.

 Assist in machine setting, tool changing, and tool offset corrections.

 Read and understand engineering drawings and process sheets.

 Measure machined components using Vernier calipers, micrometers, and other precision

measuring instruments.

 Monitor machining operations to ensure product quality.

 Maintain machine cleanliness and follow housekeeping standards.

 Adhere to all safety, quality, and production requirements.

 Report any machine abnormalities or production issues to the supervisor.

Qualification

 ITI in the relevant trade or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Preferred Skills
