Job Title: Customer Support ExecutiveLocation: Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers can apply)

Salary: ₹13,000–₹20,000

Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, maintaining customer database records, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues while delivering an excellent customer experience.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the company database/CRM.
  • Follow up with customers regarding pending issues and service requests.
  • Record customer interactions accurately and maintain proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing quality support.
  • Meet daily productivity and service quality targets.
  • Required SkillsGood verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
  • Ability to work with CRM or database management systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Language RequirementsCandidates should be proficient in English and at least one of the following regional languages:

  • Hindi

  • EligibilityMinimum qualification: Intermediate/Graduate (Any discipline).
