LinkedIn Content Execution

• Publish 4–5 posts per week based on briefs provided by the founder
• Format, schedule, and track engagement on LinkedIn
• Manage hashtags, tagging, and posting timing for maximum reach
• Repurpose training stories and client moments into post drafts for founder review

SEO

• Maintain and update on-page SEO across the website (WordPress/Next.js)
• Build and publish 2–3 blog posts per month (briefed by founder, written by you)
• Manage Google Search Console — monitor impressions, fix errors, submit sitemaps
• Keep Google My Business profile updated with posts, services, and photos
• Build backlinks through directory listings (Clutch, DesignRush, Justdial, etc.)

AI Visibility (GEO — Generative Engine Optimization)

• Structure website content and FAQs so TechnoExcel shows up in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini results
• Ensure consistent entity presence (brand name, location, services) across all platforms
• Research and implement schema markup improvements

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house)
• Proven LinkedIn content execution experience — not just posting, but strategy-aware scheduling
• Working knowledge of WordPress SEO (Yoast or RankMath), Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
• Good written English — clear, direct, no fluff
• Bonus: familiarity with B2B content, corporate training sector, or SaaS brands
• Bonus: awareness of AI search trends and GEO concepts
