🚀 Hiring: Digital Marketing Specialist (Fashion / Men’s Wear)

I run a bespoke men’s designer studio specializing in custom-made outfits 👔✨

I’m looking for someone who understands fashion marketing and can help grow this brand digitally.

💼 Role:

• Handle Instagram & social media growth (especially reels & fashion content)

• Create and execute marketing strategies for a men’s fashion brand

• Plan campaigns around weddings, festive wear & trends

• Run ads (Meta/Google) 

• Focus on increasing leads, conversions, and overall sales

🎯 Preferred:

• Experience in fashion / clothing / lifestyle brands

• Understanding of men’s styling, trends & audience

• Ability to show past results (pages grown, sales improved, etc.)

• Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with boutiques, or clothing brands

💰 Compensation:

• Fixed monthly pay (based on experience)

• + Performance-based commission on increased sales that means you'll earn a additional percentage

📈 Commission Structure:

You will earn a percentage from the additional sales growth you generate.

Example:

If current monthly sales of store = ₹12,00,000

After your marketing efforts = ₹17,00,000 (i.e increase of ₹5,00,000)

30% will be the profit of store = ₹1,50,000

➡️You will earn 25% from the additional store's profit i.e, ₹37,500

This means the better results you bring, the more you earn 🚀

📊 Performance Expectation:

This role is result-oriented. A review will be conducted after 3 months based on growth in enquiries and sales. Continuation will depend on performance.

➡️If you could manage consistent results for 6 months, you'll get a partnership from the sales you generate!
