Experienced Tax Preparer– U.S. Taxation (1-3 Year's Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a U.S. Tax Preparer with 1–3 years of experience in U.S. taxation. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing individual and trust tax returns, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare U.S. federal, state, and city tax returns, including Forms 1040.
• Review financial documents and ensure accurate tax return preparation.
• Make corrections and updates based on reviewer feedback.
• Assist team members with tax-related questions and support training activities.
• Attend tax training sessions and stay updated on tax law changes.
• Work closely with managers and reviewers to meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Communicate professionally with clients and respond to their queries. Flexible to work in night shifts.

Qualifications

• Any Bachelor's degree
• 1–3 years of experience in U.S. tax preparation.
• Knowledge of individual taxation (Forms 1040).
• Understanding of U.S. federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Basic knowledge of Indian taxation is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
