Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate home loan leads through referrals, field marketing, builders, real estate agents, and direct customer interactions.
- Meet prospective customers and explain available home loan products and schemes.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable home loan options.
- Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
- Coordinate with banks, housing finance companies, and internal teams for loan approvals.
- Follow up with customers throughout the loan application, sanction, and disbursement process.
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, real estate consultants, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and loan status updates.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of home loan products and mortgage processes.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Good documentation and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
