Job Description
Flip kart Picker & Packer - Grocery Store
A Picker & Packer in a Flip kart dark store is responsible for selecting customer-ordered products, packing them correctly, and preparing them for dispatch
Key Responsibilities :
- Pick items from warehouse racks using a mobile app or bar code scanner.
- Verify product quantity and quality before packing.
- Pack products securely to avoid damage during delivery.
- Scan, sort, and label packages for dispatch.
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
Minimum qualification:
- 10th Pass (some locations prefer 12th Pass).
- Freshers can apply.
- Basic smartphone or scanner usage is helpful.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages during shifts.
- Age typically between 18–30 years
Salary in Hyderabad :
- ₹15,000–₹17,000/month
Shift & Benefits:
- Full-time, 6 days a week.
- Day, night, or rotational shifts. for female morning shift
