Job Description


  • Curriculum Implementation: Designing and executing engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that promote holistic development (cognitive, social, emotional, and physical).
  • Classroom Management: Creating a safe, nurturing, and organized classroom environment that encourages curiosity and positive behavior.
  • Child Development Monitoring: Tracking and documenting student progress, developmental milestones, and learning abilities, then sharing this with parents.
  • Interaction & Care: Guiding young children, teaching social skills (sharing, empathy), and managing routines like snack time, playtime, and naptime.
  • Collaboration: Working with staff, school management, and parents to support each child's individual needs.
