Job Description
1. Site & Estimation Engineer (Experienced)
Role Overview: Responsible for overall site management, project execution, and accurate estimation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end BOQ estimation, quantity surveying, and material costing.
Day-to-day site supervision, quality control, and progress management.
Coordination and alignment with defense project standards and specifications.
Requirements:
Proven hands-on experience in site management and BOQ estimation (experience in Army/Air Force/MES projects is highly preferred).
Strong technical, analytical, and leadership skills.
2. Trainee Engineer (Freshers)
Role Overview: On-field exposure and practical training in defense site supervision and project documentation.
Requirements: Fresh engineering graduates eager to build a career in defense construction.
Remuneration:
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 / month
Additional Benefit: Petrol Allowance
