Retail Operations Manager

About the Role : Baby Island is looking for a Franchise Retail Operations Manager to oversee multiple franchise stores and drive operational excellence, sales performance, and team productivity across the assigned cluster.

The role will act as the key link between franchise partners and the Head Office, ensuring smooth execution of business goals and brand standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesFranchise Store OperationsMonitor and support day-to-day store operations across assigned locations.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, processes, and brand standards.
• Conduct regular store visits and operational audits.
• Sales Performance ManagementDrive store sales and productivity across the cluster.
• Monitor key retail KPIs such as sales, conversion, average bill value, and customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve store performance and profitability.
• Team Training & DevelopmentTrain and coach store managers and sales staff on sales, customer service, and product knowledge.
• Support teams in achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
• Franchise Partner CoordinationAct as the primary point of contact between franchise owners and Head Office.
• Ensure smooth communication, issue resolution, and implementation of company initiatives.
• Desired Profile3–8 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or organized retail.
• Experience managing multiple stores or a cluster of stores.
• Strong leadership, communication, and sales management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
