RO Technician

Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and responsible RO Plant Service Technician to install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain RO plants and water treatment systems at customer sites. The candidate should have practical knowledge of RO systems, pumps, pipelines, dosing systems, and basic electrical troubleshooting.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation & CommissioningInstallation and commissioning of:
• RO Plants
• Softener Plants
• DM Plants
• UF Systems
• Water Treatment Equipment
• Pipeline connection and equipment setup at site.
• Testing and trial run of systems after installation.
• Service & MaintenancePerform routine preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Troubleshoot operational issues in RO plants.
• Replace filters, membranes, pumps, valves, and other spare parts.
• Chemical cleaning (CIP) of RO membranes.
• Monitor plant performance and water quality parameters.
• Technical SupportAttend customer complaints and service calls.
• Explain plant operation and maintenance procedures to customers.
• Prepare service reports after each visit.
• Coordinate with service coordinator and office team.
• Electrical & Mechanical WorkBasic electrical troubleshooting of:
• Pumps
• Motors
• Control panels
• Dosing systems
• Maintenance of pipelines and fittings.
• DocumentationMaintain service records and visit reports.
• Update spare parts usage and service status.
• Report major issues to the service manager.
• Safety & ComplianceFollow site safety procedures during service work.
• Handle chemicals and equipment safely.
• Required SkillsKnowledge of RO plant operation and maintenance.
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work at customer sites independently.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• QualificationITI / Diploma / Technical Certification
• Electrical / Mechanical background preferred.
