Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting & Reporting Manager to handle sales reporting, complaint tracking, and operational data management. This is a desk-based role requiring analytical and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update daily sales reports
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates
• Track and manage product rejections and returns
• Handle and record customer complaints efficiently
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Support sales data updates and reporting requirements
Skills & Requirements:
• Proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of Tally
• Quick learner with strong analytical ability
• Good communication skills to handle complaint calls
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
