We are looking for a high-energy Field Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between industrial Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance teams and world-class measurement solutions (including premium brands like Fluke).

This is a field-heavy, active role requiring daily travel to industrial hubs to demonstrate high-end equipment, solve site issues, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

On-the-Field Engagement: Travel daily to industrial zones/parks to meet with Electrical Maintenance & Instrumentation teams, identify their testing pain points, and generate fresh inquiries.

Hands-on Demonstrations: Conduct technical pre-sales demos (Power Quality, Thermal Imaging, Multimeters) to show how our tools solve real-world site issues. Provide post-sales training to clients.

Close the Deal: Partner with a dedicated Back-End Sales Support Buddy to get commercial quotes out quickly. Follow up diligently and negotiate with Purchase Departments to close orders.

Pipeline Management: Maintain your sales funnel and participate in weekly strategy reviews with the Sales Manager to smash targets.

Must hold a valid driving license for daily industrial visits.
