Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead client acquisition, convert inquiries into bookings, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in wedding/event sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle high-value clients professionally.


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, website inquiries).
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings through consultations and follow-ups.
  • Conduct client meetings (virtual & in-person) and explain packages confidently.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract premium clients.
  • Maintain CRM records and track leads, conversions, and follow-ups.
  • Build relationships with wedding planners, venues, and event partners.
  • Coordinate with the operations and creative team after booking confirmation.
  • Handle client negotiations professionally while protecting brand value.
