Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth while ensuring an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient in customer relationship management and sales tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Welcome and assist walk-in customers and visitors professionally.
• Handle receptionist activities, including answering calls and coordinating appointments.
• Use sales intelligence tools to identify leads, track prospects, and improve sales performance.
• Manage guest relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct product presentations, follow-ups, and negotiations with clients.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 3 Years
• English: Intermediate English

Salary:

• ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000
• Performance Incentive: Up to ₹5,000
