Accounts Executive (Manufacturing Company)

Location: Sainikpuri, Secundarabad

Position: Accounts Executive

Industry: Manufacturing

CTC: 25 K PM to 45 K PM

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years in Accounting

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day general accounting activities.

Prepare and reconcile Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).

Ensure compliance with PF and ESI regulations and timely statutory filings.

Manage GST compliance, return filing, and reconciliation.

Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filing.

Assist in Income Tax-related accounting activities.

Support preparation and finalization of Balance Sheet and financial statements.

Maintain accounting records, ledgers, and documentation accurately.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal departments when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com)

Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.

Experience in Balance Sheet finalization.

Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel.

Good analytical and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
