Job Description – Solar Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Solar Marketing Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating solar project leads, handling client meetings, promoting solar solutions, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong communication skills, field marketing experience, and knowledge of rooftop solar systems.

Responsibilities:

- Generate leads for residential & commercial solar projects

- Meet clients and explain solar products & benefits

- Conduct site visits and prepare client follow-ups

- Coordinate with technical and installation teams

- Achieve monthly sales and business targets

- Handle marketing campaigns and promotional activities

- Maintain strong customer relationships

- Prepare daily reports and sales updates

- Identify new business opportunities and market growth

Requirements:

- Experience in solar sales/marketing preferred

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in field marketing and client handling

- Basic computer knowledge required

- Two-wheeler and driving license preferred

- Target-oriented and self-motivated candidate preferred
